By accessing or using LoRider, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
LoRider is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for creating, managing, and sharing technical riders, stageplots, and production documentation for live events and performances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of all content you create using LoRider. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You agree not to use LoRider for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Specifically, you may not:
LoRider is provided "as is" without guarantee of availability or uptime. Support is not guaranteed and may not be available. We do not commit to responding to support requests within any specific timeframe.
While we read and appreciate all feedback submitted through the app, we do not guarantee that any requested features will be implemented or that issues will be resolved within any particular timeframe. Feature requests and bug reports are considered at our sole discretion.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland (excluding conflict of law provisions). Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes is St. Gallen, Switzerland.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is or becomes invalid, unenforceable, or void in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The contracting parties undertake to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with an effective regulation that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the original provision and corresponds to the original contractual balance.
